On February 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM, the Buildings and Grounds Division held its 2026 Annual Department Seminar at Prasansuk Beach Resort. Associate Professor Dr. Nukool Suksuwan, Assistant to the President, gave a special lecture on “Improving Work Efficiency,” and Mr. Sonthaya Kongchai, Head of the Buildings and Grounds Division, gave a special lecture on “The Direction of Development of the Buildings and Grounds Division from the Past to the Future.” Department personnel participated in the seminar. The Buildings and Grounds Division is committed, serious, and sincere, whether the event is outdoors or in a conference room.
